Turkey fillet with sweet potato
Ingredients
- 125 g turkey leg fillet
- 22 g sweet potato
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of cayenne
Instructions
- warm up the air fryer
- season the fillet from on both sides
- cut the potato into thin circles – 3mm thick
- season potatoes with salt
- place all ingredients in the air fryer
- cook at 195°C/383F for 8 min
- garnish with a slice of onion (optional)
Notes
Don’t be afraid to use different spices such as oregano, black pepper or turmeric. Spices are very low in calories and make your meals so much more enjoyable. The Air fryer is a great little thing to save your time and calories and perfect for similar recipes.
